It’s a wrap!
Summer camp has officially come to an end. Many new friendships were made, new lessons were learned, and new memories have been created. The last event this summer was at Huddart Park where all the LifeMoves summer camp sites came together for a fun filled day with lots of food and bonding activities ranging from the photo booth, face painting, bouncy house, and of course everyone’s favorite, the water balloon fight. Things did get a little messy and wild, but there were a lot of smiles throughout the day.
While the day was full of excitement, it was also sad as counselors and campers said their last goodbyes.
Though it’s hard to say goodbye to these campers, their future is bright and their opportunities are endless. They have been introduced to skills that they have successfully mastered in science, technology, culture, cooking, and art. They are ready to go off onto bigger and better things. We wish them all a wonderful school year!
